[syslog-ng] sunfreeware syslog-ng v 3.0.1

I have installed and am configuring the sunfreeware package for syslog-ng. I ran into this issue that I saw on some other emails: Error resolving user; user='sysadmin' Is there a way around this to get it working? TIA
