[syslog-ng] Solaris functionality fixed in the 1.9.x branch

Hi, I'm writing this email to inform you that I've fixed up the Solaris STREAMS based logging in the development series. Now it should work on Solaris again. The snapshot for tomorrow will contain the fix. -- Bazsi
