[syslog-ng] syslog-ng-stable updated

Hi, My unofficial syslog-ng-stable repos are now updated to syslog-ng version 3.34. Along the way unsupported openSUSE releases were removed and new releases were added. Note, that if you use Kafka: librdkafka was updated from version 1.0 to 1.5.
