I checked the oopses again, don't go to LKML, your kernel is tainted (e.g. it has a proprietary module loaded, they will not help you).

Just a small addition: if the OP can reproduce the problem without the nvidia module being loaded (not just unloaded), then he can follow up the issue on LKML. BTW what filesystem is this, reiser?
