[syslog-ng] syslog-ng-3.13: unofficial Debian packages: still building, be careful when updating

Hi, packages will be available also for Ubuntu 17.10. There is a major change in packaging: syslog-ng-mod-json is part of syslog-ng-core from now (due to the new app-parser and Enterprise Wide Message Model). regards, Laszlo Budai
