[syslog-ng] syslog-ng 3.10 fedora/rhel/centos packages

hi, Until now my unofficial syslog-ng 3.10 packages for Fedora / RHEL 7 / CentOS 7 were available from my "githead" repo. Today I created a dedicated 3.10 repository, as I plan to use the githead repo for creating builds from git HEAD again.
