[syslog-ng]typo? changelog

Hello, I've tried to rebuild our local RPM for syslog-ng and was somewhat confused by 1.6.5 ChangeLog claiming that the required libol version is 0.3.15. It seems to me that it should be 0.3.14, am I right?
