[syslog-ng] Unofficial Debian/Ubuntu syslog-ng 3.7 and 3.8 packages: updated

      Hi,

I've updated the syslog-ng-3.7 and syslog-ng-3.8 packages in my OBS repository.

On my test environment I was able to install the packages without any issues.

Please, test and feedback.
