[syslog-ng] syslog-ng OSE in relay mode?

Hi, I'm a new syslog-ng user. I have a question about syslog-ng OSE: can an instance of this version be configuable in relay mode? Otherwise should I use syslog-ng PE? Best Regards. Massimo
