This source contains stable releases only:

deb http://apt.balabit.com/zorp-gpl-os zorp-os-2.1/2.1 zorp-os zorp-gpl zorp-common

While this one also contains our "test" releases:

deb http://apt.balabit.com/zorp-gpl-os zorp-os-2.1/2.1test zorp-os zorp-gpl zorp-common

so yes, I meant them to be different, but left out the "test" from one 
of them.
