[zorp] Files missing in the zorp-2.0pre21 TarBall

Some parts were separated from the main zorp tarball. You will need
zorplibll installed to compile zorp itself.

zorplibll is available at

http://www.balabit.hu/downloads/zorp/2.0/src

Note that zorp has been added to Debian now, and a newer version is
available at Debian mirrors.
