[tproxy] Tproxy + NTLM + squid

Based on the logs I'd say it's probably a Squid configuration problem: 
for some reason Squid denies the requests your browser is sending.

I'd suggest seeking help on the Squid mailing list, since this doesn't 
seem to be a tproxy problem.
