[tproxy] Backport to 2.6.24

Does Ubuntu add anything to 2.6.24 why you wouldn't want to just run the
latest kernel from source on Ubuntu instead? I do that with Redhat and
Centos and they have lots of extras in the kernel...
(Not suggesting it would be difficult, just why bother when it's easier just
to go forward?)
