[tproxy] Compile error in 2.6.24

[NTPT]

I try to use tproxy for kernel 2.6.24 , I ended with compile time error 

Any ide a how to fix ? I am not a C programmer.

Please note that I use tproxy for kernel  2.6.24 because there is no IMQ  available for 2.6.25 yet
