[tproxy] TProxy 4.0.0 with kernel 2.6.22

Hi,

There is the latest version of tproxy4, it works with Linux kernel 2.6.22.
It seems there is no significant difference between 2.6.22 and 2.6.23-rc1,
also it should work with 2.6.23-rc1 too.
