[tproxy] Porting 2.0.4 patch to 2.6.9 kernel

Unlikely. Each tproxy release is tightly bound to the kernel release it was 
written for. Using current tproxy on a 2.6.16 for example will not work, 
even though it applies and compiles cleanly.
