[tproxy] Patch errors on vanilla kernels?

The 1.2.0 version should apply without problems, vanilla Linux kernels
are used for generating the patch. 1.9.3 needs Jozsef Kadlecsik's TCP
window tracking patch for the nat-delete patch.
