If you really need the very latest, there are versioned repositories you can use. For example, https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/czanik/syslog-ng334/

You can even try git snapshots from https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/czanik/syslog-ng-githead/ (right now still at 3.34 release as I was away last week)

I do not update the "stable" repo every time, I keep it slow. However, I plan to update it this week, as there were fixes and optimizations (like disk buffer speed up) that affect positively even those who are not interested in the very latest features.

It seems Rhel8 repo a bit abandoned at https://copr-be.cloud.fedoraproject.org/results/czanik/syslog-ng-stable/<https://nam12.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcopr-be.cloud.fedoraproject.org%2Fresults%2Fczanik%2Fsyslog-ng-stable%2F&data=04%7C01%7Cpeter.czanik%40oneidentity.com%7Ca11be606a3ec4071943c08d980ceae4f%7C91c369b51c9e439c989c1867ec606603%7C0%7C1%7C637682447457503549%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=kaAFI9E24Bw07aSnB7svS5y5zdVhj9HXo3HL5CZyO%2BU%3D&reserved=0>. The latest version is 3.31. Is there any other alternative?
