[syslog-ng] how to insert a word before forwarding to another remote host

Dear all,

  Could anyone let me know how can Insert a label  into a syslog message? I received Cisco syslog from port514, Arista 5214, Airwave 5514, then my syslog forwarding these into one remote host with port 5714 ( they don't want separate port for each vendor) , so I will need to insert "Cisco" or "Arista" or  "Airwave" before forwarding
