[syslog-ng] Crash on syslog-ng 3.8.1

Dear rkar,
 in our github repository we have an issue template:
https://github.com/balabit/syslog-ng/blob/master/ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md which is
meant to drive users in the process of providing usefull information about
the issue, so we can reproduce and investigate it.
 Indeed this is a mailing list and not a github issue, but I would like to
kindly ask you to provide us as many (non sensitive) information about your
setup as possible.
