[syslog-ng] IPV6 and IPV4 syslog-ng issue

Hello Venkat,

 I recommend the following options beside your current ones (note: those
are already indicates some advanced level of usage):

 *-F *run syslog-ng in the foreground (otherwise you only get debug logs if
you enable the `internal()` source)
* -d* enable the debug logs
* -v* increase the verbository level

note: run syslog-ng with the following command: *syslog-ng --help-all*
