[syslog-ng] Unbale to mount syslog-ng.conf to /etc/syslog-ng using docker image

Hi Mujeeb,

Maybe the problem is with the config file path:
"/home/smb/code/conf/syslog-ng.conf"
Could you check that path is correct?
