[syslog-ng] new build of syslog-ng 3.13.2 has new dependencies

Hi,

Oops. It seems that I messed it up while I re-enabled amqp and mongodb
support for EPEL-7 packages. I'll fix it ASAP (most likely tomorrow in
morning, or today if I can steal some time for it).
