[syslog-ng] Ubuntu syslog-ng (version 3.8.1 or better)

Can anyone tell me where I could download the syslog-ng ubuntu package for
Ubuntu 14.04?

I installed from source to get the amqp and format json plugins going but
was wondering if there was a precompiled package with these modules
available for this version of ubuntu?
It would make the process a lot smoother
