[syslog-ng] Install Issue

The problem is, that Red Hat changes the logrotate file in the rsyslog
package from time to time. As weak dependencies are not (yet) supported in
RHEL I can't simply move the file to a separate package. I can't rename it
either, as that way files would be rotated twice.

Usually I update it in the syslog-ng package when I get a report, so I'll
check what changed and update the package soon.
