[syslog-ng] syslog-ng 3.9.x & mod-lua is deprecated?

Hi,

syslog-ng 3.9.x & mod-lua is deprecated? btw, is it possible to enable the
mod-lua in the 3.9.x? I am asking because using Lua is more easy to port
the Lua scripts/decoder/encoders from the heka to syslog-ng.
