[syslog-ng] very basic router

interesting.  Thanks for googling.  My router:


http://www.netgear.com/support/product/WNR1000v2

gives me a different PDF for a manual when I google search for:

site:netgear.com pdf manual   WNR1000v2

There are no such options for the WNR1000v2; I think that the manual you 
referenced is for a different router.

I don't think there's an option to use with syslog-ng for the WNR1000v2. 
Was more asking whether there's a work-around.  In all seriousness, thanks 
for taking the time to look.
