[syslog-ng] Installation issue

Hi,

do not use 16.10 apt repository on your 16.04(Xenial) system.
There is an apt repository for Ubuntu 16.04:
<http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/laszlo_budai:/syslog-ng/xUbuntu_16.10>
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/laszlo_budai:/syslog-ng/xUbuntu_16.04

(do not forget to add the Release.key  :
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/laszlo_budai:/syslog-ng/xUbuntu_16.04/Release.key
