[syslog-ng] syslog-ng 3.11.1 resources

Hi,

Version 3.11.1 of syslog-ng OSE was released yesterday. Here I try to
compile a list of useful resources in a hope that it does not end up in
your spam folder due to the excess amount of URLs :)
