[syslog-ng] Ubuntu 16 unmet dependencies - won't install

Hmm it maybe that the version numbers of those packages are somehow
different? The syslog-ng package depends on the modules demanding the same
version number. Something similar could happen if the versions are somehow
messed up.

@lbudai is maintaining that repo though
