[syslog-ng] Installing Syslog-NG 3.7 on CentOS 7

Do you also have EPEL? The RHEL7/CentOS7 repo is built against EPEL,
as some of the dependencies are missing from the base distribution:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL
