[syslog-ng] When is 3.8.2 scheduled?

Hi,

Which is problematic in Linux distributions, where I have 3.8.1 (openSUSE,
Fedora). There are tons of bugfixes, but while I can easily push 3.8.2 as
an update, 3.9.1 is not an option as it also requires a config file
modification.
