[syslog-ng] When is 3.8.2 scheduled?

well... searchguard could be part of 3.8.2,
so we can continue with this state.

I have just pushed a preliminary NEWS.md update on the 3.8/master branch. Note that as it currently stands SearchGuard is part of 3.8/master.
@lbudai: what do you think, shall we continue with this state, or reset the branch to an earlier point and push these changes to 3.9 instead?

I think it won't be part of 3.8.2 , but 3.9.
Our plan is to release both versions in this year.
