[syslog-ng] Disabling SSLv3 with Syslog-NG

So, do we need to compile a new version to get that feature?  Is there another way to disable SSLv3 besides doing that?

    It seems, we found the source of the problem:
    https://github.com/balabit/syslog-ng/pull/720
    It was backported to the 3.6 version branch in 2015 Oct.
