[syslog-ng] 3.7.1 reload make syslog-ng unresponsive.

Hi,

We did not noticed such working yet.
Can you give some information to reproduce this issue, for example: OS,
syslog-ng configuration (sources/destinations), active inputs, load?
Maybe also an strace output will help while reload happened.
