[syslog-ng] errors compiling 3.7.0-beta 1 on rhe6.4

Hi,

we will relelase another beta within the next few days, so you have two
choices:
 * waiting the next beta release
 * check our build process in one of our docker image [1], [2]
(you can get a list of dependencies which needed for building syslog-ng,
and configure options, etc...)
