[syslog-ng] cloudinit

Hi,
Honestly, I don't really know cloudinit, but it seems to submit its local
logs to /dev/log so it should be fine. cloudinit actually configures
rsyslog so that all cloudinit's logs go to a separate folder/file. If
that's what you want, it can also be configured in syslog-ng.
