[syslog-ng] Configure option --disable-json doesn't seem to function

Success....here's the working configline:

./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-dynamic-linking --disable-ipv6 
--enable-source-spoof --without-librabbitmq-client

Thank you...hope this helps someone else in the event they're in the 
same boat as me.
