Dear R, cool issue.

I have not seen this exact error on my compiles, here are some pointers:
1. Post your config.log
2. View the location of the referenced file(s) In file included from
/usr/include/net/ethernet.h:27,
                 from /usr/include/libnet.h:98,
                 from afinet-dest.c:43

3. Rerun the configure, make clean, make. Sometimes rerunning the configure
and running make cleac helps.

Please post the findings.
