[syslog-ng] XMPP destination for syslog-ng

Hi Ilija,
Actually the XMPP destination is already under development, but not
within the GSoC program. If you need any more information about it, do
not hesitate to ask.
You may ask Gergely Nagy (Algernon) for more information to help
developing syslog-ng.
