Lovely! Since there really isn't anything special we do with libsyslog-ng-crypto.so, I can't see how we could fix debug info extraction either, as it is no
different than any other shared object we build.

For this reason, I'd consider the --with-embedded-crypto workaround an acceptable solution in the long term too, and close this issue.
