[syslog-ng] syslog-ng OSE configurator

Honestly, I am shocked at Anton's response. Maybe he's just having a bad
day.

I think what you have done is absolutely awesome!
This will help our users (of LogZilla) a ton and will allow us to not have
to do their configs as much for them. Plus, I think it will help draw out
some of the more advanced items that will help performance where some
people may not have been aware of a command.
