[syslog-ng] No "-n" switch for syslog-ng?

Okay, the bug has gotten stranger.  Refiled it at:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=61535.

Not sure at all why this is happening but I think I'm probably going to go
back to openrc soon, anyway.
