The current state is that it's waiting for me to tag it. If you search
bugzilla.balabit.com for tickets where the targeted version is 3.3.7,
that'll tell you the current state at any time. Right now, everything's
fixed.

(I need to figure out a way to share my 'syslog-ng 3.3.7 roadmap' saved
search on BugZilla with others, so it becomes easier to track for
everyone else too.)

That's a good guess. I have a cron job that builds the latest git head
every night, if there were any changes since the last build. Once the RC
is ready, it will appear under

 http://packages.madhouse-project.org/syslog-ng/3.3/3.3.6.90/

Yup, I will do that. As soon as I tagged it, and built a tarball, I will
do a short announcement on this list, with git commit id, link to the
tarball and a list of fixed bugs included.

With a bit of luck, I'll be able to do that early tomorrow.
