[syslog-ng] syslog-ng 3.3.7 RC2 (3.3.6.91) released

I thought the issue with debug logging will be fixed there. Unfortunately
it is not.
oom_killer still kills syslog-ng after `syslog-ng-ctl debug -s on` even if
syslog-ng is not getting any messages from any client and the server has a
lot of free memory.
