The syslog-ng side is, in my opinion, done, and could be merged as-is.

There are a couple of patches that are on our ivykis fork that haven't
been sent upstream yet. I plan to work on that backlog once I'm done
with syslog-ng 3.3.6 (and had a little fun time with 3.4 stuff as a
distraction).
