[syslog-ng] [PATCH] afsmtp: Fix afsmtp linking when configured with --with-libesmtp

In case configure received a --with-libesmtp=/path option, we forgot
to add -lesmtp to LIBESMTP_LIBS, which resulted in afsmtp getting
compiled, but not linked to libesmtp, which is obviously not
desirable.

This patch fixes that, and adds the -lesmtp.
