Patch to syslog-ng 3.2 branch (test_sql related)

Warning: specific to syslog-ng 3.2

Changes:
 * file: tests/functional/globals.py
   changes 'Available-Modules:' to 'Enable-'

 * file: tests/functional/test_sql.py
   changes: 'afsql' to 'SQL'
   adds: '/usr/lib64/dbd' to the search paths (this is a duplicated of the first patch)
