[syslog-ng] patterndb that kills syslong-ng with a segfault.

I tried to rewrite the program macro with a <value> clause and this caused syslog-ng to die.

syslog-ng-3.2.4

I no longer have the example but can reconstruct it if you have problems reproducing the problem.
