You guys NEVER waste my time.  (Sorry that I was "whining" earlier!)

I'm obviously "tickled" that the truss data provided a meaningful explanation for why the ivykis changes seemed to resolve the problem, such that you don't
have to track down some "new and different" root cause for this scenario.

Anyway... THANKS again for the quick responses, and suggested fixes.  In the end, I'm just glad that it appears to be running reliably.  So, again, I hope
